We told you EET was making improvements! The newest addition to the EET Gang is our new espresso machine, the La Marzocco Linea.

The La Marzocco Linea is known as “the historical classic” in the coffee world. With this extra accessory at EET, our gang of baristas should be pumping out cappuccinos and brewing up steaming espresso faster than ever.

Just for you, we decided to change a few things around to improve your experience at EET. We are in the middle stages of remodeling the kitchen and we are moving the current salad bar.  Coming soon, we will have a larger variety of grab n’ go salads and sandwiches.  We want you happy and eating in a quick and speedy fashion!

Expect your coffee at the speed of light! We are in the process of getting an additional espresso machine and for the upcoming summer heat, we are adding new iced teas to our menu.

Meet Gilee, one of our amazing baristas at EET. Similar to Al Capone, Gilee is infamous for getting things done and being the best at what he does. Al Capone was one of the most talented and ruthless gangsters, and we think Gilee ranks just as high in the coffee world. Need a chai tea latte or a cappuccino? Gilee’s got you covered.

Favorite things:

Coffee, craft beers, and a perfectly tuned espresso machine.

Dislikes:

Expired coffee beans, over brewed coffee, and Starbucks.

Stephanie St. Clair was a female gang leader known for running many criminal enterprises during and after Prohibition. She quickly made a name for herself in New York City and was dubbed “Queenie” throughout Manhattan, probably due to the numbers bank she set up in Harlem. Like Queenie, Janet is talented at her work and great with numbers and names. In our eyes, Janet is the “Queenie” of EET.

Favorite things:

Earl Grey tea, peanut butter cookies and gold bars.

Dislikes:

Cold lattes, all the other baristas, and Starbucks.

Meet Danny, our prized EET barista. We compare him to Vector for obvious reason. Vector is known as the #1 Supervillian in “Despicable Me.” Vector’s talent as a villain is similar to Danny’s talent in the art of coffee. They are both highly skilled and serious about their work. At EET, Danny is considered our #1 Super-barista.

Favorite things:

Espresso, artichoke pizza, the smell of freshly brewed coffee, and my favorite quote “Oh Yeah!”

Dislikes:

Brussels sprouts, milk, minions.

This is Jen, a loyal member of the EET family. We compare her to Virginia Hill due to the loyalty and spunk she brings to EET. Virginia Hill is best known for being the girlfriend of a big-time Genovese crime family mobster. She was recognized for always upholding loyalty in testimonies and trials, and she was known for her guts and sass.  Similar to Virginia, Jen has a lot of heart and grit, and is forever loyal to the EET family. When we think of Bonnie Parker, we always think of her as a key part of the dynamic duo “Bonnie and Clyde.” When we think of Tatiana, we think of her as a a key part of the “Gang of Baristas” at EET. Bonnie was very young during her crime spree, and much like Bonnie, Tatiana is young, strong-willed, and successful in her line of work.

Green tea, watching Gilee making cappuccino.

Holly is EET’s resident cookie mobster. She is extremely passionate in the art of baking and keeps the EET customer’s sweet tooth satisfied with her cookies, scones, cupcakes, and brownies.
